I've been wanting to add some equipment to help me workout at home without bringing in a bunch of weights that take up space. I love these bands, I'm so impressed with the quality. They are thick and durable. I like that it comes with three bands in varying sizes and a small bag to store them. I'm able to get a great workout and feel sore the next day.

I am new to exercise. I don't want to buy a huge piece of equipment or spend a lot of money on a gym membership so i have been doing at home exercises. These come in handy. There are lots of free exercise YouTube videos that use resistance bands. Great product.

These just came in the mail right on time and I’m really impressed by the quality so I wanted to right my first impressions and then I will update after multiple uses!This was one of the least expensive fabric bands sets I found so I’m very pleased to see how well made and strong they are. I haven’t brought these to the gym yet but just from squat tests at home, they seem super durable and again just really good quality. The colors are so nice and the three bands fit together in the carrying bag great. There’s one small stain on the heaviest resistance band in the set (mint green) but it’s hardly noticeable. Very excited to have gotten this set for such a good price. These could be a hidden gem on Amazon!

I really dont have a problem with the bands. They come in a bag the size of my fist, which makes them super easy to store and not pile up with my dumbbells and other exercises equipment. They also come with a warning telling you how far they can be stretched safely which is great cause i was really afraid of snapping the bands (my first time using bands). Anyway, im just having trouble finding exercises for bands of that size online. So far ive found three, but thats ok cause they all work different areas of the body, just wish the bands came with a small chart or something. Im giving them 5 stars though, because the i have no complaints about the product itself.UPDATE: it DOES come with exercises. I opened up the warning booklet and there were some listed inside(face palm)

These resistance bands really rock! They are strong, very sturdy and very tight. They come in a great pouch and even come with a one-year warranty. I have purchased bands in the past that wore out very quickly and had to be thrown out. These provide a great work out for any fitness level. My 75-year-old mother tried them out and loved them and I will be purchasing a set for her to use on her off days from physical therapy. I love that they can be washed also. Washing instructions are included. Definitely a great buy and a great price!

I have been struggling with losing weight for years due to my annoying thyroid disorder. My doctor finally got me to a level where I am finally losing weight. I don't have a gym close to me to attend, so home training it is for me. These resistance bands have really helped broaded my exercize regimine. I am able to work on strength some and toning with these. I like that there are different sizes I can use for different exercizes and results. The carrying bag is a huge plus as well. I put them in the bag when I'm done and hang it up on the back of my bedroom door. Easy storage.
