Correct Posture
It's a must buy for those who are habitual of using Western commode but also wish to get benefits of correct posture. This is also very useful for those who are habitual of using Indian style seat but wish to avoid giving stress on knees, they can start using Western commode with this stool. The stool is sturdy, but I recommend to place both legs on it only after sitting on commode. Do not try to stand on it giving full body weight before sitting on commode as we stand on floor before sitting on commode.
