If you ever sold cheeze and sausage as a school fundraiser then you know what I mean. The flavor is mild and the texture is in that sweet spot between chunky and mealy like bologna. The whole mustard seed is a delight. Is sold as a single. It's also sold as a triple. This gets 4 stars because for me the Goldilocks pack is two.

There is no better beef sausage. Have given this at Christmas and birthdays for years. Perfect choice. Always a success when given or bought for personal enjoyment.

It’s not worth the price, taste good, but just like the others which are cheaper and cost a heck of a lot less!

I make my own "lunchable" with this product. I slice 6 pieces of the summer sausage and 6 like sizes of a good cheese and I have a yummy lunch with limited sugars and crap. This is pretty "clean" considering it is a processed meat. I really like it.

I have been eating this summer sausage for years. I can't find them in nearby stores, and other brands aren't as good, in my opinion. Amazon is the easiest way for me to purchase this. I just try not to dwell on the cost per pound!

This sausage is not as dry as it was years ago.

Just terrible taste and texture.
