This device is a not a good chest developer
The springs are to tight. It is very hard to perform chest exercises, however I did discover it is an awesome core developer. I use it for ab development. It really works the upper/lower abs, the serratus and obliques. I place one end on top of my shoes and press the other end down many times. I twist to one side then the other for a complete obliques workout. This really gives you a great core workout out in under five minutes. I would recommend this device only as an ab developer.

I've been using this junk for several weeks now and I have yet to feel sore or get a pump the way multiple pushups or benchpressing does.
