It was impossible for me to find zhug that will even resemble the original. This one is close enough. I will buy again!

Excellent!I add about a 50/50 mix of olive oil and water because it leaves the heat higher.It's on the salty side but that's good! You can use it dry as a salt substitute to make things spicy.The taste is excellent. Period. Totally buying again.

MY FAVORITE SPICE. I DON'T WANT TO BE WITHOUT. IT IS MY SECOND ORDER.I ADD IT TO SALAD DRESSINGS, SOUPS, MEATS, POULTRY. GOOD EVEN IF YOU USE WITHOLIVE OIL AND DIG GOOD BREAD IN IT JUST LIKE IN GOOD RESTAURANT.I GAVE IT TO FEW OF MY FRIENDS AND ALL LOVE IT.SUPER FAST DELIVERY. THANK YOU.
