I really wanted to give these five stars. The lights are good and a great value. Installation was a breeze. My car is a 2018 Audi SQ5 and they fit perfectly. The logo is an actual Audi font logo, not Arial font that so many others use. I did need to use the supplied adapters, but it was very intuitive. I just snagged my wife's yoga mat and laid on my back. A screwdriver is all I needed. They will take some getting used to, however. Because when you open the door at night, the moving logo can look like a wild animal is running out from under the car. It made me jump back once. The lights are bright. Well, one of them is at least. That's the reason for my one star deduction. One light is noticeably brighter than the other. I was going to ignore it until my 10-year-old pointed it out unsolicited. I'm not sure what to do here, but they do look smoking' The attached image was taken at dusk and it's still pretty bright. Worth every penny.

Cadillac lights were challenging to remove. Getting wire connector removed was challenging. Once out, installation went much better. Wire harness hooked up without difficulty. Placement in door went well. You will not need the black plastic holder. This set replaces the existing light and bracket.

Best customer service in the history of the universe!Lights are pretty easy to get in once you get the hang of it. For an XT5, you will need a small flat head screw driver to gently pry out the existing light and a stiff, pointy object to pry the plug connector from the original light.The release is in a small, square-looking notch near the wire-side of the original light. I think it is actually the notch on the side closest to the metal of the door...Stick your pointy tool in this notch and gently pry to disconnect the plug.The R is the passenger side light.Note: The new lights can be plugged in upside down. Even in daylight, the new light will shine on your hand. If you see light, snap it back into the door and you should be good to go. No light? Flip the plug over and plug it in again. (Prongs go in left side of the new light if looking straight down on it).I hope this helps.

Bought for my wife's car. She didn't notice for about a week. She thought it was awesome.........and still does. It is pretty cool! Would be really awesome if they shined when you unlocked the car.............but these are located underneath the door so you don't see the lights until you open the door, of course. Good quality lights. I just used a screwdriver to pry one side of the light and it popped right out (be careful because only one side can be pried....don't use too much force; if it's not popping out, try the other side). On one of the lights, I had to adjust one of the pins that plug in, but not a big deal. I think it was a great upgrade for the money!

Worked in my 2018 Camry. Question and answer section said it wouldn't bit that was wrong. They look great direct fit. Need to loosen a couple screws to adjust the prongs that are were misaligned.

I put these on a 17 XT5. There was no instruction, but fairly easy to figure out. Install took about 20 mins. 15 mins for the 1st, 5 mins for the 2nd. It looks AWESOME! It is the new big shield with the Cadillac script underneath.

These are a really neat addition to the wife's new Cadillac XT5. Popped out the OEM mud lights, plugged these in and popped them in place. Took no more than 5 minutes to install these on both front doors.Now, it would be sooo nice had these been marked for RH or LH side of the vehicle. Plugged one in and checked it out before popping the light in place. Sure enough, it was for the other side of the vehicle. Had the lights been marked though...Other than that, quite pleased with the results.

SUPER SIMPLE TO INSTALL. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE TRY AND USE A NON MARKING PLASTIC TOOL TO REMOVE LIGHT HOUSING TO PREVENT SCRATCHING DOOR PANEL. EVEN IF YOU DID SCRATCH IT NO ONE WOULD SEE BUT I HAVE THE TOOLS SO I USED THEM. INSTALLATION FOR EACH SIDE TOOK ME A TOTAL OF 5 MINUTES EACH IF NOT FASTER. IT IS LITERALLY PLUG AND PLAY. THE FASTENER ON THE HARNESS DOES NOT COMPLETELY LATCH TO LIGHT ASSEMBLY BUT IT DEFINETLY NOT COME LOOSE. CAME ON INSTANTLY. ANGLE OF PROJECTOR IS DIRECTLY ONTO THE FLOOR WITH A NICE BRIGHTNESS. GREAT AESTHETIC LOOK. I ALSO NOTICED THE SLIDE (TOYOTA LOGO) LOOKS LIKE IT CAN BE SWAPPED OUT AND REPLACED WITH OTHER SLIDES. THAT WOULD BE REALLY COOL IF COULD BE INTERCHANGEABLE
