Nightmare Before Christmas, The: 20th Anniversary Edition

This is such a great book!! The pictures and colors are amazing!!!

This book is a 20th anniversary edition. It’s not like ang other typical NBC books that follow the movie too closely , to the point it drags. The illustrations are beautiful! I love the way the story is written and rhymes. Bravo Tim Burton, I highly recommend this for NBC fans of all ages.

I actually bought two of these, one for my 7 year old and one for my 15 year old, who both inherited my love for the Tim Burton movie. Movie lovers will be slightly disappointed that there is no Sally but the poem flows very well and the pictures are true Tim Burton style. My youngest one geeked out a bit because she thought he actually signed it himself (he did, in a way, but the signature inside is a stamp). The book is great for kids of all ages (and adults who are still kids at heart and want something that wasn't pushed out by Disney marketing)

My four year old daughter was introduced to "The Nightmare Before Christmas" the movie version by my brother last year and she loved it. The book,(which I believe came out before the movie) is a less scary version of the story (Santa does not get tortured)...she thinks it is hilarious and wants me to read it to her every night since receiving it as a Christmas gift. The rhyming prose is great for her age group and really keeps her attention. Plus, the illustrations by Tim Burton are really wonderful. If your child is fascinated by "spooky things" like mine, try some other "funny along the same lines books but not really scary" such as "Skelly the Skeleton Girl," by Jimmy Pickering and "Santa Claws", by Laura Lueck.

Absolutely beautiful illustrations. I am so happy I purchased this. Every year I buy my son (3 1/2) a new book and new jammies to open Xmas eve, and this is the book he will get this year. He loves the nightmare before Christmas (almost as much as I do) I am so excited to read it to him after he opens it! Also, the book was shipped and delivered in excellent condition! I alway worry about ordering books online and receiving them damaged.

anything tim burton is a 10/10. bought this authentic disney published book in just 400 rs . later the remaining stock price changed to around 1.3k all of a sudden 😭 i was lucky lmao

I have loved the nightmare before Christmas since I can remember & bought this book for my nieces & nephew, I had a sneaky peek before wrapping them up & even with such high expectations I was blown away by how well done it is. Every child should get to read this book, the wording and illustrations are beautiful. It’s so refreshingly unique & has a different perspective to most children’s books which is so, so creative (adults would love it too)
