Super easy
I'm a garlic fiend. Italian, Southeast Asian, Hunan, Korean, Mexican, curry, roast beef, with rosemary chicken. The most I've ever used was a single serving with 5 slightly cooked sliced cloves, and whereas you're not going to get that kind of biting tang that drives friends away, you get the full development of garlic's antibiotic effect and the heart and cardiovascular health. It's super easy and organic, both very big pluses in the Garlic World, so if I want to make eggs in olive oil (my Nana was Italian) all I have to do is slow-cook the onions and add this near the end, then have the right bread to pour it over. And this makes it easier to flavor bland sauces rather than using a dry powder. Considering all the hormone mimics & blockers out there today, even ones that that disrupt brain and reproductive function, organic is the way to go--if you can get it, and Spice World's organic makes it very cost effective. Overall, I give it a 5 for cost and ease of use, and while nothing can replace homegrown organic raised under the right conditions, this has everything I need and probably more than many do. Glad to have bought it a second time!

Fresh & tastes good. Just like garlic imagine that 😆 Has a long expiration date/ shelf life. Put it in your fridge after opening. Easy to use just open the jar. This makes adding garlic to any meal time efficient and your fingers don't get sticky and sink.

Consistently great.
I've purchased this more than once and it's great how consistent it is. The taste is great, but unsurprisingly, the more you have, the stronger the taste. The packaging is well made and it's never leaked in any sort of way.

It’s Garlic !
It’s great when I don’t have peel and cut fresh garlic. In a pinch it’s very convenient. I can’t tell the difference between this bottles garlic vs fresh. I’m assuming fresh will always be better.

The garlic itself is very good, but it does not last a long time. Purchasing a smaller bottle would have been better for me. The smell is wonderful.
