Oakley Straight Jacket Sock Kit Sunglass Accessories

I only put the earsocks on. Nose pieces saved for later just in case.Tips:- Match up the new one with the old one before removing it- Remove one side at a time and replace to keep them in order- Clean off sunglasses arms (and yours if they're dirty)- Use window cleaner or any non-sticky lube to lube the arms before putting on new earsocks- Dry rubber off new earsocks and use a cloth towel to help grip and slide them into place- BE PATIENT!! Don't break them!!Perfect fit and they replaced my older earsocks that had little tears at the back causing them to slide back a bit beyond where they should be seated.

Oakley factory accessories for my straight jackets, came in a box marked ear socks and nose pieces for straight jackets. Description says they come with two (2) different sizes of nose pieces for user fittment.The ear socks were perfect.Only one pair of nose pieces arrived and they weren't correct for straight jackets.I'll update rating review if they resolve and send proper nose pieces for straight jackets.

Two things to look out for:1. Nose "parts" there are two little tabs that connect the nose rubbers to the lens; don't do what I did and snap one of them in the frame.....superglue for the win.2. Rubber sleeves.....use something to help slide them on. The first one was a nightmare...and then I used a little bit of spit! Golden!Other than those 2 things; awesome product, timely delivery. Happy buyer.(I'm not paid for this review but I'd sure like a free pair of Oakleys!)

The “sock itself fits like a glove on my Straight Jacket.BUT the nose pieces is the wrong ones for my straight jacket.I’ll be contacting the seller and will update this review based on their customer service.

These are genuine Oakley replacement parts. Came in an Oakley box. The ear socks are kinda a pain to get on. I used a bit of silicone lube spray to get them on the stems. It’s hard to find replacement pieces for the older straight jackets, so thankful I got these! My old ones were worn out and once I got these installed they worked like a champ. The nose pieces fit like new and now my 10 year old Oakley’s look new again.

The product is great. No problems there, but there are no instructions included which was a real hassle. I'd never broken down the nose piece before and took to you tube, finally finding what i needed.The socks are very tight going on. So much so that i was worried about snapping the arms, but with a little Windex for lube, a rubber grip for opening jar lids, and patience, i was able to work them on.

Product arrived in factory Oakley box. After reading the reviews I thought I received a faulty pair of ear socks because it was such a pain to slide them onto the stem, but I removed again and added a little oil (I used olive) and presto. As you slide them on the oil squeezes out the end. Might want to keep a paper towel handy. Nose pads fit perfectly. Make sure you note the orientation. I snapped in the top post first and the bottom slid in perfectly with a little snap. Wished they never discontinued the Straight Jackets, but with replacement parts they become almost new again!

Made my old straight jackets look and feel like new.I had the same problem getting the ear sleeves on as other people, did one by brute force that took 20 minutes, then read other reviews and used a little windex as lubricant and the other went on easy.After taking off my nose pieces I thought the replacements were for the wrong model; however, the coating on the old ones had just swelled over the years. Best way to attach was to get both pins lined up and push the new pieces onto both pins at the same time.They look and fit great!
