This machine punchess 28 pages at once with ease! Easy to insert paper on top and easy to pull back up. Holes are evenly punched and the hole centers drop into the drawer at the bottom which pulls out smoothly to empty when full. Well worth the money and if I needed another one I would purchase this again.

I have many papers to place in a binder. After an unfortunate experience with a different electric punch, I spent the extra money to purchase this one. I can place multiple sheets of paper on the paper holder, which is magnificent, align the papers as directed, and the Swingline punch works as described. The holes fit in the binder properly.

First test was a good one. Twenty copies of a report needed to be placed in binders. They were over 180 pages. We stuck to hole punching 20 pages at a time. With the guide on the side, the pages lined up nicely. We also made sure that we removed the hole "chads" which were visible from inside their translucent covered "bin". Easy to use, very intuitive. Nice two year warranty and price point for the number of pages that could be punched at a time. Good results.

This hole punch is superb. I had used a cheaper Swingline holepunch (to make 22,000 kids’ flashcards), but decided when I was going to buy one to get something really sturdy and fast. THIS Swingline is terrific. First I bought the Vayette holepunch that costs the same as this Swingline. TWO of the Vayettes jammed and broke and I had to return them to Amazon. They are loud and fit more paper than they can punch without jamming. THEN I got this Swingline. It’s superb. It’s very heavy-duty. You can’t fit jam it because it can punch anything that fits. It’s much quieter and very fast and clean cutting. I’m thrilled! I’ve punched 10,000 Holes this morning. That’s a LOT of 1st & 2nd graders’ flash cards!

This is a very sturdy and easy electronic hole-punch machine. I've always used a manual hole-punch to organize my papers to folders and never realized what I was missing until I purchased the Swingline Commercial 3 Hole Electric Paper Punch (A7074535A). In addition, shipping was so fast!!! I had it within 3 days. Just lifting it told me how solid this machine is. And useage...oh my...after sore hands and wrists from a manual 3 hole-punch to simply taking 3 pages of paper and sliding them in together all at once and pressing a button, all I can say is I wished I had purchased this much, much sooner. Its so easy now to get papers punched and organized now that it really doesn't take but a few minutes everyday to go from the mail to an organized folder. I spend more time writing on tabs now that hole-punching! What a great machine. I highly recommend this product and give it 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!!!

Since I had an injury in my finger a few years ago, I discovered that It is hard for me to use a manual one so I needed to find an electric one. I found this one and it’s perfect for me! Take the stress off of my hand and it’s very ergonomically perfect. Strongly recommend.

I love this three hole punch. I bought this to replace another electric three hole punch, and this one seems so much nicer. It feels sturdy. It works perfectly.

Takes up quite a bit of space on the desk but it's worth the real estate because it's been reliable and super easy to use.

I run a small print shop and we got this because when we'd get an order than need 500 pages punched it was tiring and sore on the palm using the manual one. This makes the job way easier however it is more time consuming. The instructions say you can only run it for 20 minutes at a time, and only 6 punches max, per minute, so every 10 seconds It can do 28, 20lb paper pages at a time. See the vid. So if doing a heavier stock you'd get fewer punched at once. This means because you have to pace it it's slower than a manual punch, but it's saving my hand and repetitive fatigue. If it could do a higher number of punches per minute I'd rate it 5. It also seems to stop once full, which is great so you don't get it all jammed up with confetti and can't open the door to empty. Overall it's been working well, and compared to more industrial machines and their cost this fit the function and price point we wanted. However the listing never mentioned the 20 min work limit, and 6 punches per minute, or it's duty cycle.
