The media could not be loaded.  I bought these ice balls to enjoy a cold drink and they are the best thing to happen to my drink. First off, the Ice Ball Molds are very easy to use. unwrap, rinse, snap together, fill with water and freeze. Once frozen, run under water to loosen the mold and viola! you have your ice ball. What really sold me was that the ice balls did not melt away when I ran the mold under water to loosen it. I also like that each mold is individual. Before buying the Ice Ball Molds I had tried large ice cubes - the tray is annoying to store and the cubes melted fast and watered down my drink, but the Molds are the real deal. It lasted SO long - actually it outlasted my drink and did not water it down at all. The size of the ice ball is perfect too. I was glad I bought the Cuzzina brand. When I read reviews about other brands, some reviewers mentioned the molds leaked in the freezer before the ice balls were frozen causing the buyer to have to start over - this was not the case with my Cuzzina Ice Ball Molds. These are going to make great gifts too!

The rest, as the saying goes, is history.I use spring water and fill the molds just below the fill the line, to allow room for expansion. I allow the spheres to sit at room temperature for 8 minutes or so, before I attempt to remove them from the molds. They work perfectly! Everyone uses one sphere for their drink, and it keeps the drink cold without watering it down. I received 3 e-mails from the company, one of which included an e-book of cocktail recipes. Their customer service has been stellar and a wonderful surprise, because let's face it, customer service is an afterthought with most companies nowadays.Thank you Cuzzina, I LOVE your product! I've finally been liberated from filling endless ice trays and going to the store for bags of ice. I made a lot of spheres ahead of time, in anticipation for the demand, so there should be enough to last a little while. Nevertheless, I'm going to stay ahead of the madness and will most likely order another set of these molds. Now if only I could get someone else to make these spheres instead......

I bought these for my boyfriend and so far, they are pretty cool. I did my research on Amazon to find the one with the best reviews, tips, and helpful advice. We just made these for the first time 2 days ago and the directions are super easy, step by step, and the 3 following emails that I got from CUZZINA were helpful too. The only thing I would recommend is maybe filling the balls a little below the "fill to line". Ours did overflow in the freezing process. We will definitely try it again with less water and see what happens from there. I would recommend purchasing from CUZZINA. The company is very helpful and want to do nothing but please their customers. Cheers!

I'm a fan of conversation pieces myself.. and this is just something you don't see enough of. Perfectly round balls of ice. Its really fun to bust these out for parties or casual drinks. I'm writing this review because I feel like this could be used for even more fun activities , for example.. I'm working on making some flavored ice balls too. Next week I'm going to fill one with my favorite fruit juice and see what happens. If it goes well maybe I'll throw in a strawberry or 2 all sliced up! Its actually a fun little thing.. even though it's just filling up a ball to make ice , the kids love it. They like helping and taking the ice out. Oh I almost forgot how funny it was to watch my ferret react to one of them. He thought it was a toy until he realized he could drink it!I really wanted to let everyone know how cool of an experience I'm having and I really didn't expect it. I have been wanting some ice molds like this for years but I couldn't find them anywhere. Its just one of those products I've only seen in a few places at random times and thought "Hey I need some of those!" ; They are very easy to use , well made and very durable. They are made of 100% FDA grade Silicone. And they take up almost no room in the freezer. The box was even nice and compact. A well designed and unexpectedly fun product :) The shipping was on time if not earlier than expected as well. Really no complaints on the ordering or the end product. Will purchase again from this seller =) Thanks Cuzzina for making my kitchen activities with the kids a bit more fun. They want to fill one up everyday lol.

These molds work great. I have not had any cracking, etc. I make sure they are dry before I put them together to fill so there will be no ice forming in the seam and fill them just below the fill line. I use hot/warm water and they come out nice. They last quite a long time and look real "cool" in my drink. I also want to mention they have great customer service. They give you tips, etc. The ice balls come out very easy as well. I am buying another set for a Christmas gift. I wanted to test them out myself first and they passed with flying colors. I highly recommend them over others because you can see thru them to see how much water (or whatever) is in them and I like the fact that they are separate and not linked together so they fit better in the freezer.
