Comes with two rubber inserts both inside the bottom part ...
Comes with two rubber inserts both inside the bottom part, I took the smaller one out and put it into the top area so that it could squeeze my flashlight (olight s30R) and it clamps very tightly! only took 30 seconds to put it on and another 30 to put it on my bike handle :D
