Excellent Pack--Exceptional for the money!
Excellent pack. So, I wanted around a 40L for light travel and mostly overnight backpacking trips, and this pack came up on Amazon and thought I'd take a chance--it looked great. I also bought the Osprey Exos 38L at the same time (in large it's 40L, which was the size I ordered).Construction: Extremely well built. Nicely padded straps (maybe even too much padding), great stitching, nice tie-outs, the Cordula is rough but provides good friction on all pulls. The elastic pockets on the side are smaller than expected (but deep) but work in a pinch for a Nalgene. There are two side compression straps that do the job, but can work for objects in the pockets as well. The zippers are great, large enough to use with gloves and very smooth. Weight of the bag is great--you're not in the UL category, but for what you're getting, it's extremely trim. The bag itself is made is Bangladesh, I believe--way better than China. The blue color is great, too. Overall, very well constructed!Use: The main compartment is one large area, with the exception of the zippered exterior zippered compartment on the bottom. The bottom zippered compartment is of decent size, but is not adjustable, so you either need to fill it up with your sleeping bag or use it up to get the most out of the 40L. The fit is great--I'm 6', 190, fairly fit, and it hit right above my hips. I felt the chest strap was a little high for my liking, but y'all females will approve of this. The straps are comfy, well-padded and curved to fit a variety of bodies. The "frame" is nothing more than a sheet of HDPE, and you can probably remove this and make the bag a tad lighter without sacrificing support. I was able to stuff 45lbs into this bag before it tore my shoulders up. Internal bladder pouch works well, but the slit in the bag for it (either side) is on the small side, making it difficult to snake the tubing through. I found that the load lifter straps on the bag didn't function all that well based on the size and shape of the bag, but it could also be my body style that it didn't agree with.Value: Overall, the bag's value is top notch. For this price point, you can't touch any other decent 40L--not even close. The Osprey was twice as much (cough). For the features, weight, construction and fit, this is a top notch purchase.Overall: 4/5. In the end, I decided to go with the Osprey because of the lighter weight, less padding, more flexible packing options, etc. Had I been looking for a bag that was for mostly traveling/around town and LIGHT hiking, I would have gone with this bag hands down.Since I am a tech nerd, I felt Ospreys use of the latest materials would satisfy that urge. In general, an excellent bag that has ZERO presence online and in Social Media. Guerrilla Packs, if you're listening, step it up--you've got a great bag here! Besides Amazon, there are no reviews out there!

Nice Value! Great for Minimalist Hikers/Campers
There are many good reviews of this product already. I just wanted to add that one more hiker is very happy with this backpack. It's weight, durability, size and comfort are quite good. I love it. It is perfect all your needs for a 1 - 4 day trek or more if are a minimalist. It has a small capacity, but that is what I wanted. When I bumped into another hiker on the AT we discussed that young hikers brag about how much they packed and how much it weighs. Older hikers (I am 55) brag about how little they packed and how light it is. With limited size and plenty of comfort this pack forced me to get rid of all the bells and whistles and take a 25 pound pack (with everything in it) and my knees are forever grateful. Great pack and a value

Sturdy, spacious, adjustable
While we havent' had a chance to put this pack to a full trail test (because Ohio = unpleasant weather in March), we have given it the full tug, pull, zip, and fit test. The zippers move very easily. The cords move where you want them to for adjustments, but they also hold once you have them where you want them. The straps are a sturdy webbing, and also adjust easily. There is a lot of room inside, as well as several access points. There are a couple of side pockets for water bottles/canteens, plus a small turtle pocket on the outside for your small accessories that is easy to access. The hip padding is very thick and sturdy. I am 5'7" and my boyfriend is 6'4" and we were able to make the adjustments for both of our comfort.I think the only concern we have right now is that the buckles don't appear to be the highest quality - that will only be determined by time.I received this product for a promotional price in exchange for my inspection and unbiased opinion.

Great quality product
Love the fact that the shoulder straps are heavily padded as its a tall back pack, as well as a clip on waist back to keep it all in place. Once strapped on it is beautifully padded like a chair back....so comfortable. It has several different pockets for water etc, even has a hydration area ! Another great feature is the rounded opening on the top allowing room for taller items. My only objection is the inside back pack is not wide enough to carry everything I might need for back packing around. I must add I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion and, honestly this is a well constructed product.

The adjustable shoulder straps have a crazy amount of padding. sternum straps, and lumbar pad.
I love this bag, it has so many cool features. Out of the box it's very light weight.Unlike the old metal framed backpacks the Guerrilla Pack frame is close to form fitting lumbar support. So starting at the bottom of the pack I found a zipper that gave me accent to the entire bag. No need to turn the bag upside down to small objects. All the zipper are well constructed with easy to accent one and half inch nylon loops. They work well for me with my large fingers. On the inside lid is a nice zippered mash pocket, the main compartment has a divider half way down. The has a total of two water bottles on each side. The adjustable shoulder straps have a crazy amount of padding. sternum straps, and lumbar pad. The bottom straps works well a small fanny pack, very nice. I got the bag free for an honest and unbiased review and I love the bag.
