Not worth it
They do not stay in place along the side of your foot. I tried taping it to my foot, but I don’t like having to do that. The material is very soft, but it’s just not effective if it won’t stay where you need it to cushion.

Do not know what to say.
I have toe issues as it does run in the family. I got these to help with pain in regards for my left pinkie toe. However, these caused more discomfort and pain rather than helping. I work in Pre-K at a Day Care and I am always on my feet. I had to take it off while at work due to the discomfort and pain. I will never buy these again.
