Works well but tastes DISGUSTING
Note: I gave it a 4 rating based on the taste of the product, but if you use my suggestion at the bottom, I would give it a 5.I have been dealing with restless legs for as long as I can remember. I can't take melatonin or any night time type of meds cause it makes my restless legs worse. I was skeptical to see if this would actually work. Since my restless legs bother me more at night and when I am sleeping, I take it about an hour before going to bed. The first night, I decided to be "smart" by squirting the dosage straight down my throat - this was NOT a good idea and almost threw it up (since everyone said how bad the taste is). The next day I tried taking it with other liquid and it is STILL awful. I had Empty Vegetable Capsules '00' Size and the dosage fills up the capsule. Much easier to take, you get the benefits without the awful taste. The capsules are inexpensive and easy to fill with the dropper that is included. I have been using the product for a month, and have not had restless legs since - If I feel it coming on, I just fill up a capsule and take it and it works.

Has provided complete relief and made a tremendous diffsrence in sleep and qualify of life.
My RLS seems to have been triggered by anaesthesia during surgery. It gets worse each time I go under the knife. I have tried many products, all disappointing except the drug Mirapex/Pramipexole, and now at maximum dosage it fails to control the problem completely.I looked online for recommendations and Restavin came up with its good sales pitch. So I thought I'd try it. I saw no improvement on the first night, but on the second, I got complete relief though I had also taken a Pramipexole. On thee third night I discontinued the drug and took two droppersfull of Restavin and had complete relief. On the fourth night I tried one dropperfull and had a little trouble, so I took a second. Within minutes I had relief. As my RLS worsened, it spread into my arms. The quality of my sleep also as as imdeteriorated, but I blamed other things. As soon as Restavin kicked in, I began sleeping through the night. I had forgotten what that was like. This is as important as the relief from RLS, as it allows me to be productive again. I have also been able to start driving again, which I had to give up due to a sleep-deprived sort of narcolepsy, which caused me to nod off with no warning. It's a miracle I was never in an accident. In short, it have nothing it the highest praise for this product. I was skeptical, but now I'm grateful. I can see by the reviews that it doesn't work for everyone, but it is working for me. Note, however, it is more expensive than Pramipexole, which provided me a measure of relief for many years.

Three Stars
Now starting the second bottle of Restavin for restless leg syndrome. I resorted to the WebMD to find out about the Restless Leg Syndrome. It is for me one of the most miserable health problems I have ever encountered. Started with a Specialist in Neurology. She prescribed medication (there are several kinds); however, tried this 3 nights straight. Worked O.K. the first night, then the next two, ineffecctive. Then ordered the Restavin. From my experience with it, sometimes it is effective, and other times it is not, but used up one bottle. There is much information and many resources on the Internet which I consider trial/error. One nutritionist recommended taking tumeric along with having a chirorapracter use their therapy on back muscles/nerves. Started this last week, but too early yet to determine the results. Don't think anyone has come up with a quick fix....................... keep on trying.

Restavin Did very little, if anything, to relieve my restless leg symptoms.
The only medication that has relieved my restless leg symptoms is the prescription medicine Ropinirole that I take occasionally on an as-needed basis. Unfortunately, it takes about an hour for a 20mg. dose of Ropinirole to begin relieving the annoying symptoms. The Restavin never did relieve the symptoms even with a three squeeze dose from the bulb, two squeezes are recommended. Also, it has a very strong, disagreeable taste. I have tried multiple over-the -counter products and none have ever worked. I did not try taking Restivan multiple times a day, up to three are recommended. I usually only have the symptoms in the evening when I'm trying to relax.

Worked for me
Keep in mind, people have different reasons for RLS, so some treatments will work, some won't, so reading reviews is kinda pointless, it's either going to help a lot, help a little, or not at all. The only way to know is to try it. For me, my symptoms are caused by vitamin deficiency and lack of movement due to my job. After several surgeries on my intestines, I do not absorb as much as most do. I also suffer from dehydration from time to time. For me this worked, in combination with 32oz of Gatorade a day. The gatorade pushed the leg cramping down to a tolerable level, and 3 drops of this under the tongue (washed down with the gatorade) almost completely eliminated the tingle and electrical charge that seems to favor my right leg. I also started doing yoga. My point being, is that this should work, but don't expect it to be a cure if you refuse to be proactive about your problem. If you take the time out of your day to develop a regimen to relieve your symptoms, you will have success with your problem. If you are just going to take this and hope it's a magic cure, you will likely be disappointed. You can't cure your RLS, but you can make it think twice before coming out of its hiding place.
