Which dissolve faster, tapioca or cellulose? Main differences?

All capsules we sell must comply with US Pharmacopeia requirements to dissolve in the acid environment of the stomach in less than 15 minutes. So the tapioca and cellulose are similar in the amount of time to dissolve. The tapioca may be more digestible than the cellulose for some people.

If i put jello in these and it melted would it melt through the capsules?

They are designed to dissolve when warmed so I don’t think they would work with jello
