The software for the system is useless
Tried over multiple hours to get their driver CD to download - never would work. Got with Amazon support who contacted Mfg. who sent me a download link. Did the download. Even then the software would not load - seemed totally corrupted. I returned the device.

Works Fine On My Windows Pro 10 Laptop
I guess I'm lucky and so far does not have any issues with my Win10 Pro laptop. I didn't need to install any drivers (might be the fact that I have another AC1200 USB wireless adapter attached). I've tested the speed compared to my existing AC1200 adapter and although not scientific and mostly anecdotal I'm getting an increase speed using this adapter (speed test on AC1200 ~ 85Mbps vs this AC1900 ~ 121 Mbps). Will need to use it for a bit to see if there's disconnect issues like some reviewers had. Will update when necessary.

This WiFi antenna has trouble maintaining a connection.
The company sent me another WiFi unit, and it worked for a while, but it is now doing the same thing the original unit was doing, and that was losing connection with the wireless network. Lately, it has been making the PC reboot on occasion. I will have to run a cable to the PC and chuck the WiFi.

Not windows 10 friendly
I had to connect to another wireless divice to get the windows 10 drivers as the box only comes with windows vista and 7 drivers, this also does not work at 1900mbps and is clearly lower as my 1200mbps netgear dongle is able to recieve way more speed. not to mention it took a day to install and may have killed some of my back usb 3s

It works with the two bands well
I use it for a laptop that the wifi doesn’t work, it was very easy to install and it works great! I recommend it!
