I own a variety of resistance bands for different purposes. This is the thickest, strongest one I have--great for pull ups and for resistance band "rowing"--this band is made very well, and I expect it to last much longer than most. Though very strong, It does not have a lot of stretch/give, though--so it didn't work well for resistance band bicep curls--but then again, it wasn't advertised for that purpose. For its advertised purpose, it is awesome!

Just what I needed. Some help for hands work out.

The band seems solidly constructed, so I have no worries about it breaking.
