Does it glow in normal darkness as well?

These paints are only UV reactive, they do not glow in the dark.

Can you use it on normal paper to paint pictures

Yes....I painted a name tag for a gift and it glowed great under the black light.

What are the ingredients in this face paint?

I just wanted to agree with the formaldehyde, it's a common misconception that it's dangerous and it is in fact naturally occurring in our own bodies. That said almost any chemical is high use can have adverse effects but these body paint ingredients are not harmful the way they are used in the paint. And the ones you may think aren't safe are even the melamine are commonly used on everyday household items like plates etc.

how long does the face paint stay on?

The paint stays on a long time. I just applied some last saturday. I put it on around 2pm and it lasted till 2am, when i washed it off. The colors are bold and vibrant. I only wish they came in bigger tubes. I love these paints!
