Can the bulky ends of the cable be removed from the wire in order to fish this into the wall more easily (and then reattached)?

No. You need a huge (2 inches or more) pipe in the wall to route it, with no 90degres turns. I'm saying this from personal experience.

Will this work with a 2020 frame tv?

Yes - I just used this on the 2020 "Frame" model (65"). The connectors are identical to the 5 meter cable supplied with the TV.

It worked for my 2022 65" frame TV. Was exactly like the cable that came in the box with the TV except it was 15m long.

Does this work on the 2022 frame model?

Just be careful - the 5M and the 15M have different ends for the One box. We got the 5M for our 65" Frame and it was the wrong end - had to get the 15M instead.
