Hello,At my age (61), I did now want to go the "juice" to see gains in the gym.This substance will allow one to be in an "anabolic state" more than mostwould expect. Not pleased with the packaging. Came in a large plastic bag. But this is company that deals in bulk herbs and we'll take the cost savings of the product shipped with this method any time over a pretty package. Just transferred the item into glass jars for storage.Very pleased with the amount of herbal extract received. The product seems fresh and tastes no worse then any other root powder. There are no suggested doses so we're starting with a dose of one half to no more then one teaspoon a day. We loosely based this dose on one fourth of the recommendation of the pure root in the Adaptogens book by Winston and Maimes. They suggested 1-2 teaspoons of dried root in 12 ounces of water and take up to eight ounces a day.This is a hard product to get a hold of and appears to be the pure root extract and is not mixed or diluted with possible GMO corn by products like some others appear to be.

Not bad taste horrible as hell though. Taste range is past level 10 but other than that it’s not a bad product would recommend

It does works for peoples with advanced specific health issues. Not for all, for this one that it does, it really could help. Chemotherapy and Radiation can buy you up to 5 years life (not necessary QUALITY one),

first box was wrong powder. But the exchange went smooth. Would order again but check check check the box and slip.

I made an alcoholic tincture and it went out fine. My husband doesn't like, since he doesn't drink strong alcohol, but it's a very good quality. When I take it, my blood pressure goes down. So, better to take this one instead of pills.

Works ok but I like the fresh whole herb roots better. The fresh makes a really interesting tasting tea. This is kind of bitter but it blends well with my coffee.

package came without label or anything just the powder in a big bag... more look like saw dust to be quite honnest... had maral before and it tasted bitter..this one taste like sawdust..wonder if it a scam..
