I wear a dress shirt nearly every day and I really like them to have that well fit look to them. I have used shirt braces in the past. I found that sometimes thous would come disconnected in the middle of the day. That is a shocking surprise when it happens! I decided to try the strap as I would prefer not to feel something running down the leg and because I anticipated a "consistency of feel" whether sitting or standing. Over all, it is okay. It does seem to creep up in the back and you can see it which is really my only complaint, albeit it a significant one. I now only use it if I know I'm going to have a sport coat or suit jacket on all day. Perhaps some kind of rubber gripping on the interior would help this not happen?

As a Police Officer who was off the streets for over ten years, I had to put the uniform back on. Right away the shirt would become untucked after wearing it for an hour. This Velcro belt fixed the problem. It's very simple to use, comfortable, and did exactly as advertised. Our local police supplier sells a similar item for $23 a piece. This is definitely a good price for what you get.

It is the only real thing on Amazon that does the job of keeping a shirt tucked in tight but it is very painful if the item makes contact with skin/stomach area...not very wide so it happens from time-to-time. Word of advice do not put this on or leave it in your car! it will stick on every part of the fabrics and shred it!
