I know you use a flat grater but there should be more options to cut these more even

I love finding obscure things on Amazon that you can’t quite find at an every day grocery store. I made “green bean jello” out of it. Exactly like what I get from the local Szechwan restaurant.

The texture is not what I got before. I feel pretty disappointed.

I baked some light, fluffy muffins with this flour, substituting it for half the wheat flour in the recipe.

Works great for noodles.
