I used this cream for 1 month on my right thigh, buttocks, and arm, and saw extreme noticeable difference. The puffiness on my arm diminished and also on my thigh. My friend also noticed the difference. I'm buying some more so that especially my left arm looks more like the right. I'm 70 years old
