Easy to operate product and very little time needed to put together yourself right out of the box. Definitely delivers an uptick in personal hygiene and flexible to control the water pressure. The strong valve material prevents water leakage and offers resistance towards corrosion. The hose is of a good length for an average sized toilet. Closing the valve after every use is advised. Great buy overall!

Very easy install in less than 15 min, I bought it for both bathrooms, one has a small leak occasionally at shower head itself but I make sure to turn off the water valve to prevent leakage... overall it’s wonderful.Ordered another one for my mom’s house.

Bought and purchased 2 of these. Installation waseasy and took less than 10 minutes each. Noleaks at any of the connections on either toilet. I wish the hose would have been a couple feet longer to reach shower and tub better for cleaning and giving the dog a bath. 7 feet + would have been an ideal length. Appears to be a well built product. Lifetime warranty is a big plus. 50+ years ago when I was on R&R in Hong Kong and Japan, I noticed the type built into the toilets. Really surprised that the US don't have these already built into all homes. I prefer this handheld model to be able to use it outside of the toilet if needed.

Very easy to install, all of the parts attached to this device seem like they are decent quality. I did have a leak from the beginning, but it ended up being my supply line that needed to be replaced. I would give it five stars, but one drawback to this product is now the toilet tank takes about three times longer to fill as it did before.

Comes with all required parts and tapes to install. It was very easy to install. Didn't take me more than 15 mins to install and it was ready to use. Leak proof and the water pressure is perfect. Finger print resistant quality steel and the pipe size is perfect. Water force is adequate and the angle is right on spot. Very impressed and recommend!!.

I previously purchased the bidet that goes in the seat; however, I did not find that to be sanitary. I really do like this one. You can adjust the flow from the base and you can hook it up on the left or right side depending on your preference. I like that you can use it to rinse out the toilet or whatever you want because it’s got a long enough hose for that. It seems sturdy there’s no dripping and it gets the job done.

Had some issues at first but had sellers replaced it with no problems. Really appreciated because handicap mom really loves using it. Thank you.

I couldn't tighten the T-valve easily, it was leaking water and it needs some kind of wrench to tighten, its so slippery and not at all easy to install (as said by others). Overall, the quality of the product is really good, I just feel like it should either have come with the tools to install or had some rough surface for easy rotation. Not satisfied, i tried form 30 mins and gave up. I'll try again tomorrow.
