Based on so many 5 star reviews of this headphones I finally decided to buy them after long research. I've been using it about 3 weeks so far, and this has been quite long time to test the product completely how it really works. I could just return it without leaving a review, but I would better to write a review so everyone can be aware about the CONs and PROs of these headphones, and the manufacturer will do better job to improve the quality.PROs:1. It looks nice - it's a small and one piece headphone, easy to carry.2. The sound is good, when you listen any audio with one ear, and in the meanwhile you want to be alert of everything going on around you.CONs:1. It has NO NOISE CANCELLATION - AT ALL - I have no idea why this company advertises as it does. When I call my family to my home country, they can hear every single noise and sound around me. And it's even worse in closed places like in a coffee shop, in your apartment - whatever I use (opening doors, using cups & plates or anything) - they can hear clearly. And the WORST part is - it's so annoying and painful to their ear, that it hurts and they ask me to hang up and call them back when I'm home and doing nothing.Few days ago I was talking by phone with my friend - I was in my room and the door was closed, and my flatmate was making food in the kitchen - kitchen is 70 feet (over 20 meters) far from my room - he could hear clearly the noises from the kitchen. What does it tell you? ZERO noise cancellation!!!2. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE - as soon as you wear it and start to listen audio or talk to someone, the radiation around your ear is so much, that in about 15-20 minutes the part of your head behind your ear and around it starts to hurt - especially when you talk with someone - it's such an uncomfortable feeling, that I apologize to who I talk and take it out right away.- If you are used to wear sunglasses like me - It's uncomfortable to use these headphones - they become loose on your ear and may fall anytime if you don't adjust every few minutes.- if you are a runner - these headphones are NOT for you - they get loose as soon as you start to run and you gotta hold with your hand or push back every minute.I hope this review might be helpful for those who are interested in comfort and phone calls that provide good noise cancellation.Dear readers, if anyone of you can recommend me a headphone that has very good noise cancellation I would really appreciate it.UPDATE: The seller contacted me right away after this review above and provided excellent customer support and very quick delivery, which I appreciate a lot.They offered a different type of headphone instead, which has much better noise cancellation. It's still not great, but I can freely make phone calls no matter where I am and call receiver can hear my voice clearly, but surrounding noises are much less with this new headphone.It's comfortable to wear, but again - if you used to wear optical or any type of glasses, it doesn't stay on ear firmly - you need to adjust it quite often.NOTE TO SELLER: please make the ear loop material firmer, so it will hug the ear tighter, otherwise it gets loose. Also work on improvising the ear tips - they don't fit properly.Thanks for the service. This new headphone works for me so far till you produce a better one, then I'd like to change it.

The media could not be loaded.  I am a big fan of Bluetooth headphone/earbuds but unfortunately they tend to isolate you from your surroundings which can be a safety hazard, or in my case I can't hear my wife ..... also a safety hazard of a different type. It took me a bit to get used to these and get the fit matched up to my ear in a secure way and I am getting to love this thing. The sound for music is very good, the clarity of my calls is amazing especially the microphone. While I have to admit that when I am at home and just relaxing I will still pull out my high fidelity headphones but for any day where I am active and around other people or in a possible danger situation (like walking down a busy street) these headset is what I am going to pull out and I would recommend the same for anyone. As far as I am concerned this is a 5 Star item and it might keep me from walking out in front of a car or allow me to hear something I need to hear for my safety. Throw in the high quality sound and you just can't beat these things.

Quality of the item is very good . First of all easy to use , and it is very comfortable to wear and sound quality is very good. Its safe to use in the car and when you have a call but still want to have free hands.Great ,I don't feel anything on my ear. As it 360 degree I can use it in any ear.battery woks very well ,I did recharge it 40 mins which last working for more than 2 days. Very nice headset. I bought it for my husband and he very happy with it. I do recommend the Bluetooth handset !! happy with purchase!

I don't use this headset for talking on the phone, but I use it at work to listen to music. I need to keep one ear uncovered so I can hear coworkers and vehicles. The batteries in these things really do last more than my full work day. I originally had a couple faulty ones (probably old or from a strange batch) where the the piece with the screw that holds the ear bud separated and was hanging by the wires. I fixed them with super glue, but then the rotating part of the newer one started to come loose on one of them. I was really surprised, since these had been way sturdier than another ear piece I had tried from another company, so I assumed a piece wasn't fitting correctly. I contacted the seller for tips on how to fix it and they were very polite and helped me get a replacement after I mailed them my broken one. I've had no problems with the new one, and the other super-glued one is still going strong. If anything is wrong with yours, I recommend checking in with the seller. They were very calm and understanding when I sent them a message.They are also more than willing to answer questions. I did use it on a call once and the other person said they couldn't hear me. I haven't used it for a call since, but the seller said if someone you are talking to doesn't hear you, your ear piece may be muted, and that you can adjust this by double-clicking the main button on the ear piece.I also asked about the language options. One of my ear pieces came with English as its default language, but the other was in Chinese. I'm lucky in that I knew Chinese numbers and knew the English prompts, so I always knew what it was telling me. The seller suggested that you can change the language, but I never bothered since the Chinese one is the one I ended up returning. The directions for changing the language were: "Before headphones are connected, use the power button. A blue light should flash for three seconds, then turn red, then the blue light flashes alternately. Continuous click the answer phone button twice to switch." I'm not sure if that works or has been changed, but the seller was very understanding and willing to give me assistance.The only word of caution I have is that the size of the part that goes around your ear cannot be adjusted, although it does come with more than one ear bud size. It's technically a little big for me, but I wear them while also wearing glasses, so they make up for the extra space and keep them on my ears. I find them really comfortable.
