A Flawless x3 Smart Switch, So Far
I've had a lot of trouble the past few years finding ways to automate several x3 switch boxes I have in my home. These are "single-gang" boxes equipped with a set of compact switches that control three separate lights. There is really no room behind those conventional switches to add micro controllers. There are a few other products out there, but they typically require a proprietary hub or they just seem really poorly designed. I bought several of these zemismart "three gang" smart switches and could not be happier. They are really well built, were easy to set up, and work perfectly. These switches are physically designed and built better than any of the other home automation devices I've purchased over the past three or four years. FWIW, I noticed several people have complained that these switches have LEDs that only illuminate when the lights are turned on. That is not the case once you use the app and set up the smart light controls. Once you've programmed the switch, each LED defaults to blue while off and red when on. I believe you can even change that to other colors with the app, as well. Also, Alexa integration is easy and has been working perfectly for me.

Great cost effective smart switch.
The product came well boxed and was just as advertised. The plastic is very durable with a glossy finish. The instructions are quite good and I had no issues withe the installation. I did not have a common neutral wire in my switch box, so ran a new wire to the ceiling box. From what I was told newer homes should have one. Might open your switch face plate before purchasing to see if you will need to add a wire as I did. After installing it in the wall I followed the setup instructions and soon had control with my Google home control panel. Very simple to set up. I would highly recommend if you are not comfortable with working with live voltage you hire a local electrician to do the installation.

Way Better than moes and sonoff.
By FAR the Best of three 3 gang switches i've tried. I tried sonoff and moes before this. Here's the things it did better: It bolts down right and tight, the plate closes over the wall. It looks like a normal classy switch ( instead of some lame sci fi glass thing ). No logo. Simple wifi reset ( hold any button till it flashes). Another switch had me turn it on and off six times. Lol. Had to look it up on reddit. Its even safer with a ground AND the neutural is on a seperate side. Its even easier to wire. AND its shallower which makes it easier to fit in the box. Its built better too. It works with smart life - which works with IFTTT. So all in all its better in every way. Except its 10 more bucks. Really easily worth the difference.

Works well but uses a non-standard size switch plate
Pro’s:Easy to install in a single gang box. (can’t install in the same box with other switches or outlets)Very easy to set up. The easiest setup of any smart switch I’ve tried so far.Creates one device entry for the overall switch plus one for each of the switches it contains.Works as expected. If not for the non-standard switch plate size it would have gotten 5 stars.Con’s:It uses a non-standard switch plate. The face is significantly wider than a standard Decora style face. You won’t be able to install it in a switch box that has other switches or install a different switch plate. I wasn’t able to use it where I originally intended. The switch plate is not as tall as my previous switch plate. I will need to plaster and paint to hide the gap at the top.The individual switches appear to be permanently labeled Switch 1 and Switch 2 in the Smart Life app but you can rename them within Alexa

Setup was easy - almost
Setting up the unit was fairly easy using the manufacturer's app. Integration into Alexa was also easy, just a button click in the app to link both apps. Took me a while to find out that if you want to name each switch separately to use with Alexa, you do this in the Alexa app, not the manufacturer's app. The manuf. app only allows you to name the whole unit. So once you get it setup into Alexa, you can use the unit name to turn both switches on or off or turn each one on or off using each switch's name.I got this for our one bathroom that has a cat litter box. I wanted to be able to turn the fan on remotely if the cats make a stink. I was also able to use the manuf's app to create an automation routine so that when switch 2 (the fan) turns on, it will automatically turn off after 10 minutes. Pretty neat. The wiring terminals and the screws are quite small, so it was tough to get 12 ga wire in there. But the electronics part of the switch is fairly small, so it fit into the box with the wires behind it.Overall this is a great little unit. Time will tell how well it holds up or how well the wifi stays connected. The only thing I really didn't like was the small wiring terminals, I hope the wires don't pop out.

Update - Non standard faceplate limits usefulness.
I purchased this a couple of months ago for an office remodel. I liked the idea of combining three circuits on one switch. Great concept but it only works for new wiring. If you are trying to replace three manual switches in a three gang box, there is no way to cover the remaining opening after installing this switch. They either need to include a faceplate that covers the remaining openings or change the form factor to fit a decora faceplate. After several tries, I finally got connected and it works with the Smart Life app. However, numerous attempts to get it to work with Alexa have been unsuccessful. Alexa continues to find two Smart Life switches which are no longer in use. Don't know if this is a Smart Life or Alexa problem.I love the concept. Trying to get three single wifi switches in a three gang box box is nearly impossible but for this to be useable, a few changes need to be made.
