Seemed to give an energy boost but unfortunately, I had to discontinue use. If you have an arrhythmia or irregular heartbeat, this will give you chest pain. I can drink coffee and tea just fine. I did not drink either with this supplement. Apparently, it's just too much caffeine for me. This happens everytime I attempt to use a fatburner. Returning and back to the stairclimber!
