When my kids' doctor gave me the lowdown on their Cholesterol, I was shocked. She made some suggestions and among them was grapefruit juice. It has, she told me, amazing abilities to lower cholesterol (the bad cholesterol). Well, I figured, I have a juicer, I can make some cheaper than I can buy it. But my juicer is the kind that spares nothing and I guess I wasn't thinking because the rind got in and it was horrible. When I made some by using the juicer on my food processor, they still squinted their eyes. Uh uh!Then I saw this. Could it be possible to get the benefits of grapefruit juice in a tablet? I asked the doctor and she hadn't heard of it but when I ran down the ingredients she said that the right stuff was in these pills. This is the perfect solution for those people who need the benefits of something that will lower cholesterol but can't stand the taste of the juice. I know some people can't drink grapefruit juice because of some medications, I don't know if this is a workaround or not, but I highly recommend these tablets for anybody who needs to lower their cholesterol but don't want to take statins.

Love this product, started taking it weighing in at 217 lbs. in May of last year, my diet was high protein and low carbs, I worked out "regularly" 4 to 5 days a week, and lost 17 lbs in 2 1/2 months. I had to go through 2 bottles, taking 1 tablet with every meal, for a total of 3 tablets a day. I weighed in before our trip to Destin Florida middle of July last year at 200 lbs... It works great! and It is healthy... Yes there is a little effort involved I.E diet "and" exercise, but it works... : )

I take this product daily to control my appitite, mostly on workdays. It really helps to control snacking. Also, I work on a retail floor and often can't get away for lunch until late. I take this product with my morning coffee and am comfortable until lunch, instead of desperately hungry, nibbling on whatever's available. Grapefruit diet pills really help me resist temptation.

I really love this product. I really wish they would bring this product back. It really did help me lose weight. Since I started this product I lost a total of 15 lbs. with also a diet plan and exercise involved.

I can't stand the taste of grapefruit so I have tried these pills to see if I can get the weightloss benefits that are spouted about for the real thing. I haven't noticed any real weight loss, but I'm only a quarter way through the bottle.

love grapefruit, and this product is perfect for using every day without stomach issues of heartburn [if grapefruit is too harsh] just perfect and easy to use. so natural. just so wonderful and I have lost 3 lbs since I started. highly recommend.

Bought this in hopes that it would help increase weight loss. Actually put on 2 pounds. I did not eat more than I did before taking these pills and I increased my daily activities but still ended up gaining weight

Usually the pills are all white. This bottled had beige speckled colored pills. They didn't seem as effective as the last bottle.
