Good product with excellent service!
The supports are first-class, very well designed and sturdy. The directions were easy to follow; very intuitive. The owner even called me to be sure the specifications were right, and the color was a good fit - it was. I can say that the supports are what they said they would be. A good product and a good company!

Awesome Awning Assists
Absolutely the must-have accessory for your retractable awning. Very simple concept works perfectly; awning manufacturers should have thought of these as an accessory a long time ago.I'm not a master mechanic by any means and John Shannon at customer servicer was there throughout the entire experience, both before and after my order.We have also owned a fixed-frame awning and now the retractable gives us the flexibility to retract and the comfort knowing it's secure when extended.
