You can see the difference!
These are great vitamins. I'd give them a 5 except they contain stearates. I bought these for my mother who is having trouble with her eyesight as she ages. She literally sees a difference when she takes these pills. Because of some articles on studies showing stearates might interfere with immune function, my mom won't take then if she's feeling unwell.

I was happy to receive this product and asked my son to please be the tester. He has been complaining lately that he cannot see the board at school. But he doesn't need glasses.He has tried it for several days and he has seen a slight difference in being able to see the board. He says the pills are easy to swallow and have no odor which is good. Pills with odors make him gag. But he is happy with the progress of using this product so far and will update me in a couple of weeks and let me know how much his eye health has improved
