Beautiful case with decent protection
This case is on my blue Galaxy S10. It looks amazing and has excellent grip. Fits the phone perfectly and has nice corner bumpers with a slight raised lip around the entire front screen. Cutouts match up perfectly, works with wireless charging but USB slot is easily accessible too.

Highly Respect This Company!
I initially ordered this case when I pre-ordered my Galaxy S10. Upon receiving it, I noticed the charging port was not large enough to fit the charging cable. I reached out to the company, and they fixed the mistake quickly, and with no questions asked! It was so nice to see a company owning their mistake, taking the time to seek out a solution, and not causing a headache in the process. Super pleased with this case, and the customer service. Will continue to seek this company out specifically because the experience was so good. Job well done!

Fits phone perfectly
This case seems sturdy. The buttons work perfectly and charger connects with no problem. I like that it is see through that adds to the look of my phone. It also has a rubbery type feel to it so it is not slick.

Customer service is key
I contacted customer service and they got right back to me and said they would send me a new case with a right sized charging opening. They did and I just love this case (I did before just couldn't charge with the case on) Its beautiful and lightweight but it protects my phone. Thank you CUTEBE!!! I will buy from you again!!!

Can't plug in the stock charging cable
Don't buy this case. We ordered it before the phones had arrived so we'd have it right away. This meant we learned like everyone else that you can't plug in the cable to charge it because the charging port cutout is too small. How do you screw that up?The case is very nice looking, and the fit was pretty good, though the areas around the sides of the screen could be more rigid. If you're only ever going to wirelessly charge the phone, maybe this is acceptable. But we're not going to keep this.

Great Customer Service
I had this case for my galaxy s7 and knew I wanted it for the new s10. Upon receiving the case I realized you couldn't charge your phone with the case on because the hole was too small. I contacted the seller and they sent out a new one right away. The new case has been great and I appreciate customer service and their desire to make things right.

Pretty Case, Great fit
I purchased the clear case with Rose and Butterfly print, it looks better than pictures and perfectly fit then S10. I am able to use the Samsung provided charging cable without removing the case, which I was concerned above from previous reviews. The case feels smooth and light in the hand. It does not feel like it has the same level of protection as some of the military grade cases (Otterbox, Speck, etc) but for normal uses it should be great. I tend to be a bit rough on phones so I will likely buy a 2nd more durable case.
