Argan Oil of Morocco Hair Mask for Damaged Hair, 168g

The hairy ladies within our family are both big supporters of this argan oil hair mask that apparently not only gives the hairs the nourishing and hydration it yearns for but also provides it with additional strength. Following the weekly hair nursing sessions during which the oil is left in the hair for a couple of hours, this Moroccan treat makes their opulent coiffures feel soft and silky. It helps to detangle as well. That is according to them - I just experience the pleasant smell. The only problem is that the pot is relatively small compared to the amount of hair its needs to treat. So this has become a repeat order for us.

I absolutely adore this hair mask! I used it a couple of times already before washing my hair. I would wet my hair and put the mask all over it (a couple of times just down the length and the ends, but a couple of times all over as even my roots needed some love) and then hold for 30 minutes or more and wash it normally. It has worked wonderfully for me, it is very soft, it smells amazing and I could see a difference in my hair. Would recommend 10/10!

I was expecting wizardry from this based on reviews of the brand everywhere. I was quite disappointed. I have curly hair and it is always dry. I was hoping this would make some kind of difference. It didn’t. I am quite sad about that, I would say my hair was marginally softer on wash day but somehow felt even more dry on the following days. Could quite possibly be just on my head of hair, but I was expecting great things, the smell is GORGEOUS, the texture is good and the outcome is just a bit “meh”.

Nice smell and good thickness. Easy to apply to wet hair - leave in for a couple of minutes and rinse out. Left my hair very soft. You don't need too much of it either so it lasts a while. Good value.

I have used this for some years now. It is as good as many of the more expensive conditioner/masks out there. As good as the big brand one used by ny hairdresser too! Great value for money and lovely scent.

I have thick, wavy, frizzy hair. I have used a number of OGX products, and wasn't too impressed by this for my hair type. It may work well on different hair types, but if you have hair like mine, skip it and try one of the others. My favourite is the keratin smoothing oil conditioner so far. Still trying to work my way through them all though. Side note: I have seen other reviews complaining about missing chunks of product....I had the same but it's definitely just the product settling or being stored sideways. I received a full tub.
