Value for Money Product
I am very happy with this food processor. It is easy to use and works smoothly. Chopping, grinding, and slicing are very fast and save a lot of time. The motor is powerful and the quality is good. Cleaning is also easy. Overall, it is worth the money....

Motor is okay but accessories are worst
I have been using Bajaj FX10 for last 12 years and now got bore of it so bought USHA FP 3811. I bough it in september and been using daily since. The machine is great doing the following thing: 1. Grating: *****extremely good and fast and effortless. 2. Chooping : *****Also extremely good, the blade is super sharp and sleek. 3. Kneading : ***Average, even with the so called 3.5 litre bowl very less quantity gets kneaded properly. 4. Juicer : **, waste of money and space. the dedicated juicer is okay just better then Bajaj's as its mostly stainless steel, Tab feature is very good but big chunks left while juicing and if you strain againg the leftovers, you get half the juice in it. I make juice very regularly and I prefer it in blending jar and then strain, this way vegetable dont go to waste. 5. Blendin Jar : *** Its average 6. Wet grinding : **** Its good as the blades are sharp and if the quantity is right, you get it done very fast. 7. Dry Grinding Jar : **** I havent used it much for dry grinding but its Very good for chutney or less quantity wet grinding, very fast. LOOKS : ***** Extermely good, it looks AWESOME a very beautiful and compact design. Cons : 1. The so called "UNBREAKABLE PROCESSING BOWL" is very weak, it barely fell from 3 feet height, got a crack which spread throuout the bowl and it got leaky. 2. I called the service centre, the customer care executive gave me local number and i got the complaint registered but its still not available after 10 days, so I am not sure Usha is to blame or the local guy but yeah this is a Proble. Rest the machine is really good. But at the premium price range it should be more durable. I dropped the parts of Bajaj foood processor so many times, kids used to throw them but they never broke so I dont know why its fragile. I hope the new bowl lasts longer. Edit after an year: this time the processing bowl got cracked while still using. Means without any jerk to the body, just while operating, it got a big crack along the joint near handle. As usual the Usha service is pathetic with their stupid excuse of plastic parts not under warranty. Guys please don't buy this. Seriously same job will be done by a product costing half of it and you won't have to worry about breaking the "UNBREAKABLE" DELICATE PARTS. The big blending jar got a crack along the wall, the service people said it will cost 1800/- SERIOUSLY 😳. A new blender costs less than this. I request anyone who is facing same issues to come together and let's sue this company as they falsely promote this product as UNBREAKABLE.

Very useful product.
Have been using it since a week now. Very useful product, and easy to use. Noise levels are a little high but tolerable. Jars are sturdy and made of good quality steel. I was already using a food processor which lasted for almost 17 years. Wanted an upgrade and hence bought this usha processor after going through various reviews. Kneading, whisking, slicing grating it does all the tasks efficiently within seconds.

4 years in, still going strong
I bought this product in 2021 and was in the market as I needed one more elsewhere. I see there are a lot of negative reviews on this product, but my experience so far has been different. It has a great motor, faced no issues thus far. Also the locking mechanism and the housing build quality is pretty great. We have used it extensively, mostly using it as a mixer and grinder. But occasionally, the vegetable slicing functionality has also been put to use. Especially when there are a lot of items to prepare. The only complaint I ever had with this was with the vegetable slicing functionality. The reason being it's plastic element at the top can grind against the rotating blade's outer edge if care is not taken to ensure that the blade doesn't deviate too much from it's normal rotational motion. So if one puts too much pressure on the vegetable while slicing, the blade will deviate from its normal rotation, the trick is to gently push down the vegetables. But I believe that better design elements can be used to ensure that this does not occur. But apart from all that, this has been a comprehensive piece of equipment so far. Definitely above an 8.5/10.

product overall is OK – but one small issue ruins the experience long-term
I've been using the Usha FP 3811 Food Processor for quite some time now and I must say the core product is nice. However, there is one major downside that really affects the product's long-term usability – the nylon washer in the jar caps. Over time, the washer tends to decompose or get damaged and it's very difficult to clean. If you try to clean it frequently, the washer starts loosening quickly. And once it's loose or broken, it leads to a bigger problem – you can't use the jars properly. Without the washer any liquid or semi-liquid content spills out from the jars, making a mess and rendering the jars almost unusable. What’s worse is that this small but essential part is not readily available. You can't just buy a replacement washer locally due to size mismatches and it's disappointing that even a reputed brand like Usha does not provide this part easily through their service network. For such a small, low-cost component to make the entire product practically useless is very frustrating. As it stands, it’s a great machine with a frustrating flaw that can lead to "dead money" over time.
