A friend of mine is an HVAC technician and in a conversation he warned me about using certain types of coil cleaners as they can actually corrode the coils leading to early failure of the unit. He recommended this cleaner, it worked perfectly and cleanup was a breeze.

It is harmless to plants and pets if you rinse it well
Does an excellent job cleans fins very well within stress on the delicate fins dirt melts of and rinses clean in less than 15 minutes

Great microchanel safe condenser cleaner
All i have to say is wow. The amount of nasty this stuff cleaned out of my outdoor unit was amazing. Had enough left over and did my neighbors too. Theirs was worse!
