PetSafe Infini-Tug Dog Toy

My dog absolutely loves this toy. This is her second one. She loves to shred things and the reason for the 3 star durability. For that reason it is a toy she can only play with a human. She is a Golden Retriever and loves to shred things. Occasionally she will tear the “tail” or pull it out of its braid. I just put more knots in the loose strands to make it stronger. It can withstand her tugging during play and is easy to throw. And because she loves it I will continue to replace it. We have a lot of fun playing tug and fetching this toy.

We love this toy. It’s extremely long. I can sit on the couch and play tug with pup on the floor. This toy is very soft. As you can see in the pic I braided the ends. Pup seems to really like it. For those that said their dog chewed it up… my question is what we’re you going while they were chewing it up? It’s not a chew toy that you give and walk away. It’s a toy they use playing with you. Me and puppy love this toy.

First off for anyone who doesn’t like this they’re not using it right. This is Not a chew toy, it’s a tug toy. Our 8 month old Bernadoodle absolutely loves this. When we play with him he gets worn out. He’s very, very tough on his toys and hasn’t been able to damage this.

We've had this toy for almost 3 months now, having gotten it for our puppy when she was 2 months old. This thing hasn't frayed or ripped even a little despite being a constant favorite day after day. We love that it's safer than rope since there's no loose threads to swallow and she loves the tugging ability and the bouncy ball. Its also long enough to play with while seated on the couch. It's a great toy and if it does get destroyed we will definitely replace it with an exact copy.

This toy is soft enough for puppies to grab, long enough so that I don’t have to bend over when I drag it in the ground for him to chase and is the first toy he really played tug with.

I bought this so my little girl and our puppy could play tug of war. They really enjoy the toy together and have tons of fun with it, but in almost no time the fabric strands are broken and wearing out. Several have already broken off all the way. The fabric used is a soft, fleecy felt. If my dog who is neither big or strong could wear it out this fast just by normal play, there's no doubt a bigger dog could destroy this thing in an hour.

Works great for distracting and entertainment for my puppy and dog

My puppy doesn't like the hard rope tug toys at all, but tug is her favorite game, so we've been using plushies. This results in lots of nips and occasional blood on my part. THIS thing is fantastic. It's super long - even if I grab it in the middle she doesn't nip me from the ends. The ball end is just the right amount of firm. It's slightly too big for her puppy mouth right now, but makes for nice bouncing and a good weight for throwing. The fleece that makes the braid and tassel end is awesome; it's a little stretchy, which I like as it doesn't feel like I'm going to rip out her teeth if I drag her along the floor with it, and she much prefers this texture to rope toys. Our favorite of her toys right away!

My dogs will play with this and it is long and soft for tug-of-war. I chose this because it is fleece and not rope. Fleece toys, for my dogs, last longer and do not shred like rope toys. The disappointment is the fleece does not have a tight weave which means the dogs teeth can get stuck between the weaves. I have a "Squishy-Face" fleece woven toy and the weave is much tighter. My dogs chew and tug on it a lot and the weave stays strong and closed. This one is loosening up after just a couple of weeks playtime, so I limit playtime to now and then. The ball on one end is a thick and heavy rubber ball which gives the toy weight to throw and tug on, but it is rather heavy and I am careful not to bonk my dogs head which would probably hurt.

É um brinquedo para interação, não dá para deixar disponível para o cachorro sozinho, se não ele vai destruir.

My border collie sees this tug come out and knows it's time to get crazy. I usually hold the end with the ball on it, as it's quite heavy and she has a tendency to shake toys and will likely bonk herself in the head with it. It's a nice length, you can hold both ends and have your dog tugging from the middle.Due to the nature of it being braided fleece strips, it takes damage pretty fast. We got this just about a month ago and use it nearly every day for short play sessions, and it's lost a few small pieces so far.

I was so happy to find a "tug-of-war" toy that was good quality when I purchased it ; the reviews seemed pretty good all around. When I received the toy, I knew it would last maybe 2 weeks with my labrador, even I never left the toy alone with my dog (it's a tug of war toy, not a chewible one). After 2-3 uses the end of the toy broke and I had to make a new knot so the toy would still be usable. I have to buy a new one in 1 or 2 week because each time I play with my dog, the toy goes smaller and smaller.Dont buy this toy if you have a big dog (like a lab).
