Ice2 0 Elbow/Small Knee Ice Therapy Wrap (ICE-Elbow-SM-Knee)

I just received this today (5/5/17) and I like the idea but I think the item in practice is a little flawed. I`ll explain... I like the that the brace holds the ice bag and the brace velcros to itself just like any number of braces of this type but the problem lies in the ice-pack or the size of the cubes you put in it. The bag actually covers a decent size area so for my tennis elbow, it`s not that good as half my forearm and upper bicep get cold from using it.The ice bag is also a problem. When you load it with ice, it has the tendency of pushing out of the hole in the wrap even if you put just a little bit of ice in it as I tried (and also poured a bit of ice water in it to make it stay flat). If the shape of the ice bag was say square (is this such a thing?), it would stay in place much better and lay flat under the actual wrap instead of being pushed out the hole in the wrap. This is also a problem while walking around with it on as you`ll most definitely catch the protruding bag on every door jamb you pass by lol.I used to use just a regular elbow brace and would put a small round or square re-usable ice pack in it in the position I needed and found this was more effective for me.I have yet to use this for my knee as I do not have an injury there (yet lol).I`ll try and upload a picture later on.I`m not sure if I`m going to keep this or return it. I`m leaning towards returning it.

My daughter who plays catcher and an have 5 games a weekend lives this. We fill it with ice and she wears it all the way home. The straps keep it in place.

Bought this to nurse a elbow injury 2yrs ago. It worked great for about 6mos, then it began to leak at the seal of the cap. I wish there was a warranty because now I’m apprehensive to buy additional products.
