Use these in Arabic rice dishes make a few holes in them before adding to the pot... Delicious

Bought for a recipe. Very unusual flavour but worked well for what I needed. Get a lot of limes in the packet

Great flavour
I bought these to use in an Ottolenghi recipe (Grilled Beef Skewers), they have a punchy flavour and are addition to the store cupboard.

Lovely flavour
These are amazing. I added some to some Kurdish Dolma. I ground one down and used about a teaspoon and half and it made a huge difference to the taste. Will definitely buy again once I use the huge bag that was sent out. Will be searching more recipes to add these to.

Greenfields Black Dried Lime
Spent 10 years in the Middle East so know about black lemons. Their flavour is unique and can be widely used in cooking. They last a long time, I have just finished some I had for 5 years. Value for money is good also.
