Glue Trap-(Cahaba Glue Catch Inserts 6-Pack) 18"x10" for Large Snake Traps, Made in USA Water Resistance, Comercial Grade

I’ve been using these glue pad inserts for years now and have had excellent results. However, the last two times I’ve ordered these, I’ve noticed the glue on the inserts has become thinner and thinner and some of the larger snakes in my yard are no longer sticking to insert. They get onto the glue pad, but because the glue is so much thinner now, the snakes are able to crawl through large snake trap/box without attaching to glue pad.I guess like everything, prices go up and quality goes down.

We live in Northeast Georgia Mountains and see a lot of copperheads, cottonmouths and rattlers. We have been using the large Cahaba Snake trap for 5 years and have had excellent results. Dozens of copperheads taken off the market. It also does a great job on green flies and insects. The only negative we have seen is when a large snake gets stuck and hauls the whole sheet away. Also, the occasional bird is caught, which I don't like. I would have rated it a 5 star if not for these two things.

I use them around the house frequently and this year has been a lot more than usual. Also. I like as I can check regularly and can release safely to another area keeping baby birds safe in their nests.

We live in the mountains of southeast Tennessee. We have copperheads and eastern diamond backs snakes, and a 50 pound poodle. We have 4 of the traps, and we have just ordered 4 more packs of 6. We have captured 5 copperheads and one black snake as well as lots of flies, lizards and other animals. Haven't cought a rattlesnake yet. Great device. Easy to install, well one I installed during a wind storm and he insert stuck to the too of the trap (wd 30 is not. A terrible effective unsticker).

This works like a charm. Snake crawls in and gets stuck to glue. You do have to make sure it’s dead before you take outer top off. We have caught so many bad snakes. We camouflage it with some pine needles.

I have yet to capture a snake but did manage to recover his skin in the trap along with many lizards and several mice.Only negative comment is it seems to be a bit pricey.

We have caught one medium sized copper head with in a year of using two of these traps. Mainly catching bunnies, birds, tons of bugs and lizards though. Be prepared for that. But worth it to catch a copperhead. Hate them! I keep one right by my front door.

I bought two of these traps and have had them two or three years and have never caught a snake. The inserts work well for spiders, crickets, mice etc, but the snakes seem to avoid them.
