Our halogen H-track canisters are really old. Plastic locks are starting to fail when I replace bulbs (3 of 8 in 2020), and replacement canisters of "small" size are getting harder to find. These are PERFECT replacements. The "natural" light hits the spectrum closer to halogen or incandescent than it does to fluorescent or bright blue-white. An added bonus - lamp life means I can stop stockpiling halogen bulbs, and I don't need to keep the ladder handy.

This hum could be from my dimmer however my next choice lamps did not hum. It's only noticeable if you are sensitive to such sounds and the ambient sound level is near zero. Any other sounds in the house will drown out this hum. So may not be a deal breaker for your environment.

I like to shop local, but when the local big box hardware store doesn't carry the selection you need I seek alternative sources. These track light heads arrived next day and are a superior value when compared to special ordering them from Home Depot. Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality and quick delivery.

I have bought 15 of these over the past 3 months. Excellent for spotlighting on walls and displays. Very well made, and they fit the "J" style (single circuit) Juno tracks perfectly. I have other 3,000k lights and these blend perfectly, true to the description. Metal housing with quality you can feel.

1 rattled like something loose but turned out to be one of the better working ones. 1 wouldn’t fit in the track at all. 2 were so hard to adjust I was worried I would break the base trying to get it to angle. Of the 2 I could get in safely they both flickered at certain ranges. You can’t change the led bulb so matter of time who’re would all fail. Contacted seller to see if wanted to replace any and they said just to return them to Amazon for my refund. If three had all worked and just flickered at certain spots I prob would have kept them. Oh and they did hum a little so they basically lied about everything. Was looking forward to a cheaper option to replace my Juno lights but these were not worth there price.

Bought 8 lights for a display area after looking at the local big box stores. We needed a simple, clean looking LED light, but couldn’t find it for a reasonable price, until we found these.They have a nice warm color with good brightness. All 8 have consistent color and brightness.

I put four of these above my kitchen sink pointing straight now. Really brighten the area and look good. They replaced halogen lights that had burned out after 20 years.
