Just didn't work.
I don't usually write negative reviews, particularly for things that are a matter of taste. This is not that. The umbrella won't stay open or lock into place. Also, because I bought it in anticipation of the rainy season and only just now found out that it doesn't work, I can't return it. Other people seem to have been able to to use the umbrella suggesting this one was faulty. That means if you buy it you run the risk of getting a bad one. Make sure you test it out immediately regardless of when you intend to use it.

Super-Umbrella (Really)
This umbrella is fantastic. Yeah, the shape is odd, but it works as advertised -- not breaking in the wind while everyone else's umbrellas are snapping like toothpicks. This was actually my second one; I wore the first one out after three years of heavy use.

The umbrella does not work. I contacted the manufacturer, but they only warranty direct purchases.
