I was delighted to learn that there not only was no damage
I had been using Herbatint 7N Blonde for some time. I decided to try Palette C10 Arctic Silver Blond for several reasons. My hair is probably mostly 'silver' now anyway and I wanted to go in the direction of a more natural color. My hair is damaged. My hair was not a consistent color. I was concerned that I might make myself bald changing brands, but after a complete test on a long little bunch of hair which I cut off, I was delighted to learn that there not only was no damage, but the color variations all became more blended.I have only done one treatment (yesterday) and I am very happy with the color and the conditioning effects. The overall color is lighter than my old Blonde, less red, and my silver (I am pretty lucky with a nice grey) blends in (I didn't treat my roots very much) and is very natural-looking. This is definitely the most natural looking color I've ever tried (by birth I was a brunette and I have a fair skin tone). The resulting color looked like the box said it would. The supplier (amazon marketplace) emailed me English directions which were very helpful. The box isn't for English speaking folk. The warnings about skin irritation are probably valid. During treatment I mistakenly got a little on my cheek which immediately burned until I wiped it off. The instructions have you doing your roots last which is what I did (very briefly). The color comes in a tube (like oil paint or toothpaste) and the developer is in a squeeze bottle. You are instructed to use a glass or porcelain bowl and non-metal stirring (I used a plastic knife). The instructions say to use a cosmetic "paint" brush and paint your hair. Personally I wouldn't be able to do the back that way in any case, Wearing plastic gloves, I put some of the thick cream mixture on my hair and then using a wooden comb, gently combed the mixture into my hair until I felt I got everything ok. Then I gently used my gloved fingers to spread it onto my roots and everywhere. My hair is long, about half way down my back. I only needed one box although the instructions suggested long hair use two. I just ordered more. I'm very happy with it. I hope this is helpful.

Great color, highly recommended!
This is a great color and I am very happy with it! It is the best color for covering red undertones which often turn yellow with other colors. I highly recommend this Arctic Silver Blond color. It arrived much sooner that expected and even came with a little bag of Haribo candy :) which I thought was very cute.Thank you!
