I liked the way it leads a reader who is well vested in Mathematics from Mathematical concepts to their applicability in Actuarial Science. A good read for a beginner in Actuarial Science.

This expensive book introduces the reader to classical mathematical analysis, nothing more.Actuarial mathematics is treated in a very bland way, and only in one single chapter !!!The title and description give rise to expectations that the book does not maintain.I return the book to get my money back and spend them wisely.
