MacGregor Multicolor Basketball

I ordered this Intermediate size, but received the larger size. I contacted Amazon, and they sent the correct size the next day and told me not to worry about returning the one I received in error. Both of the basketballs are holding air like champs. We've got another leather bound basketball that needs every day before use, but we haven't had to add air to these since the first time we filled them up a week ago. They're super easy to clean when they get dirty, and so far haven't really scuffed up much from the concrete play area.

Here is one small suggestion. This ball comes fully deflated and it will have some ridges when first inflated. Before you give it as a gift, pump about ten pounds of pressure into it, let it sit a day, and then deflate it to the normal 7.5 to 8 pound pressure it needs. That will iron the ball out just fine. This is a good ten dollar ball. Ten dollar balls are not bulletproof. Never play with one inflated even as high as nine pounds or it will not live very long, and don't assume the pressure hasn't risen when you're outside on asphalt on a hot day.

Nice ball, order too cheap and get a junk ball as we've learned over the years and pay too much real quick for back-yard balling on the asphalt. This one is perfect for the later, holding up well after a few months and they leave them laying outside all the time. No need to reinflate or lumps that make it impractical or useless.

I bought this for my 13yr old son who plays basketball ball all the time. It's the official size 29.5 which is normal size for basketball balls. It comes deflated so you do have to inflate which is easy to do. It's durable and nice textured and he likes the color so it's easy to spot when he's playing with a group of his friends. He uses it on concrete driveways, streets, and outside courts and so far no problems. Good price and fast shipping, I do recommend.

Purchased this to use in the pool during the summer. Rubber surface provides good grip even when wet. Have used for a couple of weeks now and have seen no adverse reaction to the water. Perfect quality for my intended use.

You definitely get what you pay for here. It was extremely hard to air up and not durable.

Good size ball, cheap price, but good value for money.I'm using this to train, but kids would love it as well.Not sure about the long term durability since I just got it but so far, so good.You need to inflate it in order to use it (which is obvious and totally normal).I used a bicycle pump with a needle adapter and it was ready within 30 seconds.

We went with purple since its our granddaughters favorite colour and she loves it. Filled it with air several months back and its still holding. Great quality and a low price.

Bought this for my daughter, and it is perfect. Seems to be good quality as well and will hold up well to good use.

Wish I would have paid a bit more and got a better one. It doesn’t hold the air. I like the looks of it.
