Glue on top of glass to plastic did not hold
Unit works well but glue that holds glass to plastic came apart so I have I 1/32 gap between metal and glass on both sides,I tried useing contact cement to remedy it but that didn't work,over all it's works as stated,it takes patience to accomplish transferring home button over,heat old glass on the front to remove ribbon cable,I just used lighter very carfully,do not use razor blade to try to get it off,you will destroy it,if you do not think you can do it order a home button also

didn't work :/
LCD screen didn't work for me. Phone wouldn't turn on at first but the next day it did. Didn't look good though. As you can see. Faded lines and a dark red spot at the bottom of the screen.
