I bought this after I saw a video explaining about the danger of lectins to our health and some health problems that may indicate that our body cannot tolerate it.What I like:After taking the first capsules I immediately noticed that I did not feel bloated after eating.Within 3 weeks I noticed that the rashes that have been bothering me for years diminishing about 50%, no more sinus (means no more allergy pills), no more brain fog and unexplainable depression, and I happily gain healthy weight.I consulted my primary care and she confirmed that my skin condition is a lot better and the ingredients of these capsules are safe for long-term consumption.What I don't like:This isn't a short term medication. It's just a supplement, so I need it on daily basis.I got constipated at first that I needed stool softeners, but the problem is gone after I follow "The Plant Paradox" diet.I notice that I still have to be extra cautious with what I eat, even though I already took the capsules before meal.Now I am taking the second bottle and I feel healthier day by day.

Great product for when you choose to deviate from your diet. Helps to keep the IBS symptoms to a minimum.

I have been taking this supplement on faith for a few months. There's no way to tell if it is working or not.

After having taken two of these/two times per day for a couple of weeks I started having extra low blood pressure (77/37) and investigated the ingredients and found out that l-cysteine can lower blood pressure. As someone who already has low-ish blood pressure (95/55 or so usually) to begin with it is not something I can take, unfortunately. I am still on my first bottle and I so wish I could return this second unopened bottle, but the company says no returns.

I love that he added the left in blockers which includes gluten (since it’s a lectin). Been using this for years. This and his diets catered for specific blood types are great.

I've been using this product for nearly 2 years. Was very surprised to find it on Amazon. I've experienced good results using this product for digestion. Where I used to experience some bloating/discomfort with certain foods, this definitely comes to the rescue. No more digestive issues, when I use this faithfully. Deflect A, is a product for those who are using the D'Adamo "Eat Right For Your Blood Type" diet. I take two capsules before consuming a meal/food that is supposed to be an,' avoid' for me. Great product. Will purchase again.

This is the first product that's allowed me to eat again, normally. Although I take a number of product, no drugs, I can trace my usage of Deflect A to having a calm, regular stomach and digestive system. Even after sausage pizza I've been normal. Although I'm not pushing it as I've always been sensitive with hot spicy foods, this is working for me and I'll continue to use it!

Product did not indicate that it was based on Blood type and encouraged me to purchase both A and O products. I am a type B so couldn’t use either.
