Stick Clear

I LOVE these and have used dozens on different items over the past 6 years or so on a variety of products.In particular, I put them on the backs of my cell phone cases, so I can attach my phone to a purse or belt loop in any situation, although I have also used them for various travel items on trips (to hang things from backpacks that I sometimes need to detach, mostly).On my phones and iPod, I find that I loop my finger through it when I hold my phone, which gives me a good, secure grip on my phone.The presence of a clip on my phone means I never need to set my phone down (...where I would be likely to leave it...) Instead, it is basically always in my purse, or attached to something of mine (my purse strap, my belt loop, a backpack strap), which means I never leave it behind.I have never broken a Cliphanger before, which is kind of amazing, given the treatment they have received from me. They are tough.Their only downsides is that they are pretty expensive considering they are ultimately just a piece of plastic. But they are quite an engineering feat, with a strong but flexible clip that works for so many different purposes, so I am willing to pay that premium for something so strong and so clever,---------------------------------------------------------------- TIPS, if using this for a cell phone -----------------------------------------------------------------*** It rarely works to put it on the phone itself, unless you were to super glue or gorilla glue it on permanently.*** You can't use it on a gel case (it wouldn't stick to that kind of surface with the included sticky tape, but even if you super glued it on, it would pull the case off if any pressure was applied to it)*** The best kind of case to use is one with a gel inside (which protects and cushions the phone from inside the case) and a hard outside case (to attach the clip to).*** Apply the clip to the top of the phone, such that if you attach it to your belt loop and look down at it, it will be the right way.***. You should leave less of the loop showing than you would think - just enough to put your index finger barely through, that is all.*** I don't care for the fancier and more expensive "plus" Cliphangers. The advantage of those is their 360 degree twist. But I like that the clip is stationary. Plus that adds a little more width, which I prefer not to have.*** It adds about 1/3 of an inch to the deoth of my phone. My husband would never stand for it in his pocket. But in my purse, it is fine. And if I ever need the phone to be slimmer, I can just pop it out of the case with the clip on it.

I have used the clip hangers on my iPhone for years and I love it, it makes it super easy to grab my phone out of my purse and I hold the clip with my finger when looking at emails, texts, etc. I rarely drop my phone because I have something to hold onto. It is really nice to clip onto my belt loop or waistband when working in the yard. My only complaint is that it is a little pricey, I have to replace mine about every nine months, it is plastic and it just wears out from use, but with that said a cracked screen would be a lot more expensive.

I first came across these at the LA Fair a few years back. After breaking mine (not their fault at all, these things are virtually unbreakable but I slammed it in the car door, duh me) I HAD to buy another one!It works so great - it really does stick to your case or phone giving you great versatility with your cases. It comes with a cool clip holding piece that I put on my car so it holds up my phone when I drive. It clips to your belt or anything else and doesn't come off unless you want it to, and its easy to take off when you do want it to! When you're talking on the phone, you can use it to put your middle finger through and it makes it much easier to hold the phone (i've used this on two phones now).I am lost without this clip, let me tell you. It makes it easier to grab out of my purse, easier to place in my car, easier to hold while on the phone, easier to carry on my belt loop - you get the idea.I know - believe me when I first got them I was thinking it was just a piece of plastic - but these are fantastic. Oh, and by the way they're not plastic - I forget the material its made out of but it takes a LOT to break it!!

I ordered this for a friend a few months back, as he broke his last one. When I received it I thought it would be too flimsy - it's scary thin... but he said it was like his last one and that had lasted him a couple of years. This one is still doing the job. I guess it's made better than it looks.

I love it but got a new phone so need a new one

I love it !! Easy to pull out of my purse or pocket quickly. More stable in my hand.Easy to clip on belt hook as well as being able to hang it anywhere.

There are many things I love about the cliphanger, which I am really appreciating right now since it broke for the first time in 5 years and I'm having to live without it until a new one arrives.1. When I have a big purse, I can hook my phone on my strap and don't have to search madly for it through all my stuff when it rings. 2. I put my finger through it while I'm talking and have never dropped my phone, even that time when I slipped and fell on some cement steps, which could have gone quite badly. 3. I put my finger through it and can carry lots of other things without worrying about dropping the phone. Today I ended up spilling my coffee on my shirt because I was foolishly jugging too many things including the phone and the dog's leash. This would not have happened if I can been able to dangle the phone on one finger, freeing up some other fingers to help hold things. 4. When I wear pants without pockets, like today, I can still clip my phone to a belt loop or even my waistband when I need to do so temporarily. This would have helped with the great coffee incident of #3.I can't recommend this clip more strongly. As I said, I've had one for 5 years without incident, and was able to transfer it from one phone case to another (one time) with the glue remaining strong.

Looks sturdy on the picture however it is not. Not good for anything heavy. Some object very light under 1 oz I believe. I wanted to use this for my cell phone clip but it's made of plastic and looks like it will snap anytime. I returned it.
