LED Whip Lights Don't Work After Two Uses
I purchased these whips on October, 4, 2019 and installed them on October 18, 2019. I used them two times and on the second time they turned off. I tried turning the rocker switch off than on again, all it did was flicker and turn off. I checked all installation wires and rocker switches, all are good. The installer told me it's the whips that are bad. I spent $206.00 for nothing. There isn't any way to find the company's "AddSafety" information to contact them. They offer a 1 Year warranty and I can't even find the companies information. See photo for printed 1 year warranty (bottom of photo under "About Service").

Not worth the money or time spent
The whips promised performance but did not deliver. The app and Bluetooth controller lost communication with each other quite often and was difficult to get them sync’d again. Other people with the same whips could change mine with no issue which caused all sorts of problems.

Doesn’t work
My product doesn’t even work right only half the lights work and the blutooth doesn’t work right. Horrible product. Either I have a defective product or it’s just horrible. I want a full refund or new one

junk
sont but them they dont pair ever, i unplug power turn back on can no find device. the only thing that works is the red brake light that you hook up right to your brakes. the rest is for the garbage.....

Good deal, be careful when disconnecting
My only complaint is that the connectors are a bit cheap. So you have to be cautious every time you disconnect them. Other than that they work perfectly

Light whips stopped working at the top 8" of the whip
Seller provided new replacement under warranty. Very happy customer! Love the whip lights.Wade [email protected]
