Works great!!
Easy to install, came with all the needed hardware, seems durable. Love it for small laundry room. I purchased two because I didn't want to weigh them down, says it holds 60 lbs but I didn't want to take any chances.

Does the job but difficult to close
These work exactly as expected and seem to work well since I have a small laundry room. However, I’m unable to close them easily, so leave them open most of the time as I’m afraid I’ll pull them off the wall. Easy to install as long as you follow instructions and do not rush it.

This is a game changer in a small laundry room!
I have a super small laundry room, where it is impossible to fold items, let alone hang them. I came across this in my search for an answer and decided to try them. They work great! They are easy to install and are very sturdy. I love that they fold away when not in use to maximize space.
