How long do these bulbs last??

14 months for one bulb on a 2006 outback xt. Light use. Just replaced the bulb with the last one in the 2 pack tonight and came here to see what others got.

Is there a fog lights to match these headlights ?

I have yet to find the same exact color fog light bulbs to match it. Mine is off a bit. I have blueish headlights and the fog lights are more white, but very bright. I like them.
